Please locate the tracking information sent to your email when your order was placed to locate your tracking number. 📧
The tracking number will inform you of the location, delivery company and ETA of when to expect delivery of your parcel. 📦
The length of delivery depends on your location, but in some cases, parcels can get lost.
It is important you follow up with the delivery company after tracking your parcel to prevent any further delays. 📞
Please contact the phone number of the delivery company that was emailed to you with the tracking link when the order was placed. Once a parcel is dispatched from PFA headquarters, it is out of our physical control, however we do want to ensure all issues are resolved with your delivery.
